The Northern Berkshire Community Coalition is looking for a special person to work as the Program Coordinator for Northern Berkshire Neighbors. This full time position (with great benefits) is for someone who loves communities, understands how they work, and has the energy to make them thrive. Familiarity and an affinity for community organizing are important as well as comfort in working with diverse groups. Flexibility in scheduling, including some evening and weekend times is required.
